Q: How do Youth Pastors Register a group for the Transition Track?
A: Click on the "Youth Pastors Register Here" link on the Transition Track Website.
Log in or create a new log in
Choose to "Create Family Registration"
Choose to "Add Child" for each of your youth group members (on this registration site, each of your youth
group members is considered your "child")
If you don't know which youth group members will attend use a generic first name like "Youth Kid 1", "Youth Kid
2", etc... You will be able to provide actual names as you determine who is coming.
If you don't know how many of your youth group members will attend conservatively estimate the number who
might attend.
For each Youth Group Member:
Fill in the required information for each - use a fake birthday like 1/1/10.
Under "Registration Type" click the button next to "Youth Group Member"
Click "Finish"
Add additional youth group members by clicking "Add Child"
When finished adding youth group members click "Done"
Proceed through the remainder of the registration process.
Q: Who should go to Transition Track?
A: College-bound seniors who have been nurtured in or identify at some level with the Christian faith. Parents are also invited to a Transition Track Parent Event, helping to equip them for this transition as well.
Q: Is it okay for high school juniors to come?
A: Yes, juniors and their parents are welcome to come too!
Q: What if there's a snowstorm? Will you still have the Transition Track?
A. Yes. There will be a phone number for you to call that day with your questions.
Q: Is a liability form needed for my student attending the Transition Track?
A. Yes, a liability form is necessary for each student. There are two forms, one for students under 18 and another for student's 18 and older. Please click here and fill out accordingly.
Q: How do I edit the names of the youth group members?
A: Click on the "Youth Pastors Register Here" link on the Transition Track Website.

Click on the "Family Setup" link at the top of the page.In some cases, you will be able to click "Edit" next to
existing registered youth group members.
Click "Edit" and change the name of the youth group member. This will allow us to print name tags for your
students.
In many cases, you will only see the option to "Cancel" an existing registered youth group member.
Click "Cancel"
Confirm that you want to cancel this youth group member.
Click "Add child" to add the actual name of the student you are bringing. This will allow us to print name tags for
your students.
Review the remainder of your registration and make any additional payments as necessary.
Q: Can I register to attend 2 events (i.e. a parent event and the Transition Track)?
A: Yes, you can register to attend two events. However, since your email address is your unique identifier in our registration system, you will need to register twice using two different email addresses.
Q: Where is Grace Chapel/Wilmington?
A. It is located at 128 West Street in Wilmington, MA. (See map below) Directions (from Route 93 North or South):
Take exit 38 for route 129 towards Reading/Wilmington. Take route129W/Lowell St at the end of ramp.
After approx. 1/3 mile, turn left onto West St.
Entrance to Grace Chapel is approx 1/3 mile on the left.
